2.7mm Galfan Wire Rockfall Protection Netting Hexagonal Woven Wirre Mesh Rock Netting 

Rock mesh is a hexagonal wire mesh woven from galvanized steel wire or PVC coated wire. It is used to reinforce unstable slopes and intercept rockfall. It adopts a double twisted production process, which is safer and not easy to break or bend. Rockfall netting is not as conspicuous as other protective measures such as retaining walls because they are designed to blend into the surrounding environment. This ensures that natural environments such as hiking trails still maintain their natural beauty. At the same time, it is more cost-effective than brick or concrete walls or retaining wall systems.

Rock fall netting effectively prevents rock falls as it addresses the potential problem at the source. The rock fall netting is anchored to the rockface to prevent loose rocks and debris from forming, which is a prerequisite for a rock slide. The netting forms a protective barrier across to rock face. Because it's made of highly durable materials such as galvanized wire, they're used in a range of environments such as corrosive environments.

What types of applications can rockfall protection be used for?
Rockfalls can endanger people and property, and if you are in an environment where this is a possibility, you must consider the option of metal mesh rockfall protection. Places where rockfall protection is commonly needed include:
Nature trails and parks: Recreational areas that have exposed rock walls, such as cliffs and rock formations, in nature may require rockfall protection.
Construction sites: Construction sites need to be safe, and during construction, loose debris and rocks are likely to fall off, especially if demolition is involved. Even if a property has passed the demolition stage, accidents and dangers can occur, and wire mesh can add a layer of safety and protection between the site and the outside world.
Roads: While winding roads on mountainsides may be picturesque, landslides can occur at any time. Highways and other transportation corridors require additional protection to protect pedestrians and vehicles.
Hillary or mountainous areas: Any building near rock walls and cliffs needs additional protection from potential rock falls.
